The Regence Group

The Regence Group is a not-for-profit organization and the largest affiliation of health care Plans in the Pacific Northwest/Mountain region.  The Regence Group's four health plans include Blue Shield of Idaho, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah, and Blue Shield of Washington.

Collectively, the four Regence Plans serve nearly 3 million members with more than $6.5 billion in annual premiums and reserves of more than $1.1 billion.

Since 1917, they have been providing their members with the best value in health, dental, vision, life insurance benefits and administrative services.
